I do like Zwilling products. Good quality, usually worth it. But the promos can be a little all over the place. A sale price looks great at first, then you notice shipping or exclusions and it’s not quite as good. I still ended up buying something. Just wish the pricing was a bit clearer

It took a few days before I heard back from support, and when they finally replied, the answer really didn’t help me much

I mean, it’s common sense that something you wash regularly should come out looking clean, but this seems to end up with stains after every wash. It’s just more hassle than I expected.

I ordered from zwilling.com last week and didn’t expect it to show up as fast as it did. The shipping email came through soon after I placed the order, and the tracking kept updating normally, which I always appreciate.
The box arrived in good shape too, with everything there and nothing damaged. I guess the packaging wasn’t anything fancy, but that’s not really a big deal since it did the job. I didn’t have to reach out to customer service at all, and based on how easy the whole delivery was, I’d definitely order again.

The packaging was disappointing. The box arrived all smashed up, and the item was just loose inside like it hadn’t really been packed with much care. Definitely not what I expected from them.

I bought this pan expecting it to hold up better, but the coating started scratching within days of normal use. That’s ridiculous for something that’s supposed to be durable. I’m really disappointed with the quality and wouldn’t buy it again.

It cuts fine enough, but for the price, I really expected it to feel sharper and more ready to use. The website was easy to browse too, and the photos actually helped me picture how it would look at home. I’ll give them credit there because the colors looked about the same when it arrived.

My only gripe is that a few pages were kind of slow, which I’m blaming on the site because everything else was loading fine for me. I also wish they had more close-up photos, but overall I’m still happy with it.

I bought this Zwilling pan set thinking it would be a nice upgrade, and at first I was excited because they do look really good and feel solid in your hand. But after using them for a while, I’m a bit let down. Food sticks way more than I expected, even when I use oil and keep the heat around medium, and it’s just been one of those things that makes cooking feel more mentally draining than it should.
Cleaning them is probably the most annoying part, especially after making eggs or anything with sauce. One of the pans already has some marks after just a few months, which is frustrating considering the price. They’re not the worst pans ever, but for what I paid, I really expected them to perform better. I don’t think I’d buy them again.

My pan ended up having an issue, so I reached out about the warranty, but the emails have been literally so slow and confusing. I’m still waiting for someone to give me a clear answer.

I returned my order three weeks ago and I’m still waiting on the refund. Every time I reach out, customer service gives me some vague answer that doesn’t really help, so I don’t trust that anyone is actually looking into it. The whole return process has been way more stressful than it should’ve been...

I’ve had this for years now, and I expected it to start having issues by this point. It’s still solid, though, which is more than I can say for a lot of stuff I’ve bought.
